Public Law 103-150

Book, "UnConstitutional History of Hawaii"

Book, "UnConstitutional History of Hawaii"

Public Law 103-150 is the United States admitting that sugar corporations formed the State of Hawaii.

This begins long term pattern of abuse of government officials abusing their powers and authorities for personal gain.

And the blurring separations between government and corporations in the state of Hawaii.

Read the book "Land and Power" by George Cooper and Gavin Dawes for evidence of long term systematic public corruption.

State of Hawaii Constitution

Book, "UnConstitutional History of Hawaii"

1978 State of Hawaii Ratifies its' Constitution

From the evidence, such as P.L. 103-150, the State of Hawaii Constitution adopted the State of Hawaii Constitution in June of 1959.

Since the State of Hawaii Constitution was formed by people such as the late Senator Hiram Fong and his assistant Mun On Chun. They were government officials and corporate owners.

They owned  multiple finance and real estate companies with four other men  Clifford Yee, Daniel Lau, Fong Choy and L.Q.Pang)  (see Exhibit #23 and 23.1 of Bill 82 Injunction where it names Hiram Fong as owner of Fern Forest and one of the richest men in Hawaii at one time.) This is only one example.

Therefore, multiple conflicts of interests and bias by government officials towards themselves has undermined the people, as recognised in Hawaii County resolutions 205-17.

And Unconstitutional acts and/or omissions today by government officials has trickled down from the atmosphere and wrongdoings of those that came before them.

Conclusion for any reasonable person, is that most likely the State of Hawaii Constitution was corrupt from the start.

More evidence lies in lack of terms and/or vague definitions in the State of hawaii and County of Hawaii Laws that blur the separation between between public and private properties, agricultural and non agricultural lands and their usage, nonprofit and profit corporations, and of course government and corporate interests, etc...

If government officials had been upholding the U.S. Constitution,(which allows the State of Hawaii to exist, have its' own State Constitution, and gets its' powers to exist and function from the U.S. Constitution), then we would not have a long term pattern of unConstitutional Laws and Bills..

In 1978 the Hawaii State Constitution was amended and resulted in many unConstitutional acts and/or omissions which had to be removed as the result of a lawsuit Kahalekai vs. Doi, 60 H324,590 P.2d 543 (1979)

2016 Mandatory Vaccinations

1978 State of Hawaii Ratifies its' Constitution

Hawaii Thinks the Constitution does not apply

this means since it unConstitutional to force vaccinate by the government, then that equally applies to busineessIn 2016 Hawaii was trying to be the first and only state in America to FORCE vaccinate everyone. You can read about at the link CLICK>>>HERE

And since it is UnConstitutional to force vaccinate due to our inalienable rights and our 13th and 14th Amendment rights we cannot be forced to accept the insertion of foreign materials into our bodies. It is our choice and no one else's.

This means businesses, employers and government officials cannot MANDATE vaccinations.

Hawaii Thinks the Constitution does not apply

The recent Washington Post article explains to its readers that, "Hawaii shocked the nation with perhaps the most incompetently cobbled-together justification in history for violating the Constitution.

On Wednesday, the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled in State v. Wilson that citizen and firearm user Christopher Wilson had violated state laws by publicly carrying a gun without a state permit. It stated that while the state justices acknowledged that both its constitutions’ interpretations of the Second Amendment are the same, they just chose to ignore it: "

Sanctuary Cities

Sanctuary Cities

Sanctuary Cities

In 2019 the State of Hawaii  attempted to force us to become Sanctuary Cities. This would have been forced upon us against our wills; which any reasonable person would conclude is a violation of our inalienable and international Human rights; and our 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, 13th and 14th Amendment rights.

Such drastic changes to our society should be voted on by the people, like ratifying the State of Hawaii Constitution.

This was a very serious threat to our democracy and the American way of life, and our freedoms to chose.

The Justice Council voiced its' concerns to the State of Hawaii in a letter of testimony that can be read below.

In Light of Hawaii's Past UnConstitutional Acts

Past Transgressions that support the need for change in the Laws and to implement the FREEDOM LIVES

Currently there is a lawsuit in Federal Court that is litigating for a new Law called the "Freedom Lives Act". Civil Case No. 02-0319 in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; which the Bill 82 Injunction is also a part of and can be read about on the page with that title.

The Freedom Lives Act ( "TFLA") proposes that that the State and County of Hawaii have had a long term pattern of corruption that needs remedy since current Laws, Oaths, Codes of Conduct and Ethics are not enough to prevent wrongdoings. (One reason government officials behave badly is due to impunity Laws they made for themselves. Immunities are a topic is for another discussion.)

Therefore, we need stronger preventative measures to protect and guarantee our Constitutional rights as Citizens, and TFLA is one way to do this. It proposes that all State of Hawaii and County of Hawaii government officials take an annual class in the U.S. Constitution.

Government employees and officials are Public servants in a position of Public service is a public trust: The Law requires public servants, officials and employees to place loyalty to the Constitution, the Laws and ethical principles above private gain, as a basic obligation under Federal Law.
