SMART CITIES

Mayor Mitch Roth lied at the August 24, 2023 Cooper Center meeting that he even knew what a smart city was when he attended a Mayors' Conference where it was on the agenda and talked about resilient housing AKA Smart Cities in an interview. It is important to mention that Mitch Roth's campaign funders include real estate, construction, hotel and tourism interests, which are all conflicts of interests to bully us into forced urbanisation so they can personally gain from it. Read about his funders CLICK>>>HERE

One example of government and corporate commingling interests is when government officials have personal interests to promote smart cities, such as the County of Hawaii Planning Dept. Director Zendo Kern (appointed by Mayor Mitch Roth) whom owns property In fern Forest with what appears to be a cybersecurity company called "Clearstar" (a company for spying and background checks and more), and owns multiple development businesses. Under the Constitution the government is not allowed to spy on its own people. We have a right to privacy under the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th and 14th Amendments The 9th Amendment holds that any rights not listed in the Constitution belong to the people.

So, the government gets around this when government officials get corporations to do it, or they do it from outside of the country where our Constitution does not apply. OR they sell us the illusion of a smart city and we lay down our rights. That is how we lose our rights, through complacency.

Further, the forcing of smart cities by government officials upon Citizens also violates the 13th Amendment and supports Claims that the government is unlawfully commingling government and corporate interests on a massive scale that undermines the average Citizen. 

The  STATE OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, JOSH GREEN, COUNTY OF HAWAII, COUNTY OF HAWAII OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, and MITCH ROTH, colluding and conspiring not to just promote development, but to mandating housing and urban development, disguised as an emergency affordable housing proclamation and crisis, in an effort to force a “smart city” onto the community of the Big Island of Hawaii without our votes, permission, due process, rights to support or oppose change, equal protection, safety from abuse of power, safe in our persons, privacies, effects, papers, lives inalienable rights, property rights, rights to have government represent us not themselves and their corporations, to be free of tyranny, forced changes of urbanisation, and complete ignoring of the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, 13th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

Forced urbanisation support allegations against the government and corporations to unlawfully change agricultural lands to nonagricultural use; which is part of the current Civil lawsuit No. 23-03179 in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Smart cities are a threat to democracy and self-sustainability.They violate the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, 13th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution

AND

They lack community input, sensory overload, invasion of privacy, forced urbanisation, loss of agricultural lands, loss of conservation lands, loss of wildlife, loss of freedoms, loss of beauty of undeveloped areas or quaint small towns being converted (so there is additional loss of historical and cultural significances), oppression, discrimination, loss of accountable government worse than they already are, etc...
