JUDICIAL INFORMATION

Article III to the U.S. Constitution

Article III deals with Treason, the powers of the Court and Judges, establishing that ANY and ALL Laws, Rules, Procedures, Policies that violate/ and/or infringe upon the U.S. Constitution or the rights of the people are null and void, and that the U.S. Constitution is SUPERIOR LAW to ALL others Laws, Rules, procedures, Policies, etc..

Federal Courts Judges are appointed by the President of the U.S. and approved by Congresss.

The following Amendments work hand in hand with Article III : the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, 13th and 14th Amendments to protect our rights to: life, liberty, person, property, papers, effects, happiness, due process, equal protection of the Law, free press, to receive information from the government, to petition the government for redress of grievances and remedies, to support or oppose political and social change, to correct wrongdoings, protect us from unreasonable search and seizure, confront those whom have harmed us, scrutinise government, prohibit me from being forced into acts and/or omissions against our wills and happiness etc...

The 9th Amendment states that all Laws belong to the People and not the Government. the government cannot make Laws for itself since Laws are for the People.

AND

All rights belong to the People, including All rights not listed in the Constitution, and that no law can infringe upon our inalienable rights.
